Chatbox.qsThe conversations in your data, read as chat

A Qlik Sense extension that shows the messages in the data model as a conversation — bubbles for each participant, conversations side by side, the whole exchange around a selection, and the values of another field highlighted wherever they occur.

Getting started

The Chatbox.qs mark: a speech bubble whose tail points down into three participant dots

💬

Chat from one row per message

Bubbles coloured by participant, with avatars, times and kinds as chips — one speaker field for a group chat, or a sender and a recipient for one-to-one exchanges.

🧵

Conversations side by side

A lane per conversation, the latest on the left, scrolling together in time or each on its own. Whole conversations bring back the replies a selection would leave out.

🖍️

Keywords highlighted

The values of another field marked wherever they occur in the messages, coloured by category, with a legend, an overview ruler and click-to-select.

📋

Copy what you read

The conversation shown, as a readable transcript or as JSON, from the object's menu — or one message at a time, from its bubble.
